I'm just getting into ice skating and I wanted to get my own skates so I wouldn't have to use rentals all the time. I looked at the other reviews on these skates that stated that they tend to run large, and they definitely do. I wear a size 7 usually, so I ordered a 6, and they fit perfectly with thick socks. It's definitely a good idea to go a size down when ordering these! That being said, they were very comfortable even after an hour of skating. I like that the inner lining is a bit fuzzy and soft, and I am very happy with these skates. Definitely a good value for the price.
