Cons:
Water goes through after about 30-40 minutes of heavy rain. An Ipod touch inside the Napoleon pocket got pretty wet to the point that next day one of the cameras was dead (!!! luckily it was under warranty and Apple exchanged it). Wallet in the side pocket got wet as well.

Pros:
Very visible and plenty of pockets.
I like the mesh inside - it prevents the jacket of sticking to my body so on cold days my belly and waist don't get as cold when I cycle.
