Why would anybody pay over $70 for a bike rack when you can get a perfectly functional one for $25?The answer is basically aesthetics. If you like the way it looks, and don't plan to use it with panniers that will hide the way it looks, the purchase may make sense for you. If your needs are more utilitarian, there are more appropriate alternatives.
Pro: curved lines, painted metal, wooden platform, and ships with basic hardware for attaching it to a road bike. Adjusts to fit many different frame geometries.
Con: This rack is expensive and heavy
