We bought two torches/flashlights

One did not work out of the box. It is impractical for us to return it as we live overseas. My husband is an engineer, opened it up and discovered it never worked, there was a manufacturing fault which should have been caught before it left the factory.

We brought this to the sellers attention, thinking perhaps they should have checked it before it was shipped also.

We are still awaiting a response.

The other one works perfectly.
