I purchased these shoes sight unseen and never tried on from a recommendation in Men's Health and I think it was spot on. The shoes are very comfortable and supportive for lifting and some cardio work. Don't think I would try to do long distance running in them, but then again I am not much of a runner to begin with. I think they are pretty true to size as listed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good, comfortable and sturdy cross trainer.
