After some initial problems with the sizing of this jacket (Make sure you buy yours at least one size larger than normal) 4Ucycling has given me exemplary customer service. They happily agreed to send me a new jacket in a larger size after I contacted them to tell them the size was not as I had expected. The jacket seemed well made and warm, but was just too small for me. Being a fussy customer I decided that I wanted a jacket with a hood instead and 4Ucycling graciously gave me a refund in lieu of sending a larger sized jacket. I am very happy with my customer service experience.
