I was a little nervous about buying this with no previous reviews.

I was impressed with the quality of the materials for the price. The 1.5" straps are beefy. The buckles are steel - not plastic. The strap lengths can be adjusted easily and quickly. The variety of ways to attach to a suspension point is awesome. The toughest part was figuring out which attachments I could leave at home when travelling.

The instructions were poorly printed (faded ink) and a bit difficult to follow. If you are mechanically inclined, you won't need them. The exercise sheet was nicely printed and clear, but included just a few exercises. Get on youtube for lots of exercise videos.

I would stack the quality and materials of this suspension trainer up against any other. No need to pay more than twice the price for the marketing hype and DVD.
