First off, let me say that for the money (paid $48), these are a great buy. I bought the grey w/ red/burgundy and they look great. They are very light and so far after 1 week of weight training plus circuit training, they are holding up fine. I don't expect them to hold up long term, however, at $48, they can be throw-aways if they break down, unlike more expensive shoes.Reebok Men's SubLite Train 1.0 Cross-Training Shoe They are true to size, but narrow, as is typical with Reeboks and take a bit to get used to if you're feet haven't been in Reeboks in a while, as mine were.

UPDATE: After about 4 weeks of cross training use, here's my take: Shoes hold up well, the "sublite foam" offers little in terms of cushioning. I've found that I've had increased knee pain after doing cardio exercises wearing these. True to size, lightweight, and as much as I like them I need a bit more cushioning in my shoes.
