I bought these in preparation for a 3 day deer hunt. After watching a few reviews on YouTube, I decided to buy the set. Over the course of the hunt, I field dressed, and butchered 3 deer, and a goat with these knives. They are nice and sharp, and hold their edge extremely well. I didn't have to sharpen any of them over the weekend. Not even a touch up with a rod! They fit my hand nicely, and cleaned up very easily. All in all, I would definitely recommend them. In fact, 3 of my hunting buddies have already ordered a set.
