Chaco Z/1 EcoTread Sandal - Little Girls' Hearts, 11.0 Review

I bought these sandals for me as I have a small foot. I paid for the postage and sandal to my home, but when they arrived and I tried them on, one strap was way too tight and the other way too loose but there was no way to adjust them. It's not my foot, no one, even a child would be able to get their foot in that sandal. So I decided to send them back. I followed regular procedures and got an email from the seller authorizing my return, but no way to print a return label. I phoned Amazon CC and they phoned the seller who said there would be no return label and that I would have to pay for the return shipping. Next thing I know is the post office want $15 for return shipping when the seller told Amazon it would only be $8 which is still too much to return the sandals. I'm going to phone Amazon again and find out what I can do about it as they didn't seem to happy with the seller either.

UPDATE

Thanks to someone commenting on my review and letting me know that the straps across the foot are continious and can be adjusted, I can now say that these shoes are great and fit beautifully. Thanks poster for saving me $15 postage :) I gave them a 4 star as i'm breaking them in around the house before venturing outside with them.
