I do a lot of crossfit with some co-workers and these are great for that. The measurements down the side makes it very easy to match up your lengths and the buckle makes it even faster to change the height for the next person(crossfit is alot about speed). The whole set is very very easy to use and light wieght. I was skepitcal at first because the buckle did not seem very sturdy; however, after putting all my wieght on one ring and bouncing up and down I know have complete faith in the buckle and the straps.
