Been skiing for 35 years, and it took me a long time to adopt the helmet.

This is one of the cheaper helmets, it's not very adjustable, I just lucked out and it fit.

Doesn't really work with the Oakley L FRAME goggles. Need a pair of goggles that's not to tall. I'm SURE Giro has a pair that'll work, but I'll make due.

Can't speak for warmer weather. Have only used it in 15-25 degree days. Was warm enough. Let's see how it does this spring.
