I bought these directly from dickies. For years I've worn a size nine. When I received the nines, they were two big. I had to return them for an eight. At first the lady with customer service said to write a note explaining my size situation and that she said to refund my shipping charge. After I received my correct size I had to go round and round with another customer service lady and several emails to get my shipping refunded. They didn't claim shoe size was a "defect" to pay for return shipping even though every other place I've ever bought shoes from for the past twenty years have been size nine and dickies is size eight? Also to start off with they messed up giving me my 20% off coupon. Wait, it gets better. These shoes claim to be work shoes. I bought them for waitressing. I thought maybe the first weekend I was breaking them in. I'd get done from work and my feet hurt walking on my grass! THIS weekend I have shin splints!!! I called the company up to complain. They said maybe cause it has "light sole". They would charge me for a new pair then refund me when I sent these back AND charge me for return shipping!! Because, again...it's not a defect. I said never mind, I'll just pick up some insoles. And never buy Dickies again.
