I have a parkerized Springfield govt model that I put these on to replace the (still beautiful) stock grips. I just figured I give it a little more tactical appearance for fun when I'm at the range. Plus, we all know black guns scare the sheeple so that's just a bonus.

They feel solidly made and are not so aggressively gritty that they tear up your hands during a session at the range like other grips might. This is also an unusual pattern that will start a lot of conversations on a cold range. They were already cut for an ambi safety so that was one less thing I had to do when they came in.

I should point out that the grips were not quite perfect when I got them in. Some of the scales on the pattern looked a little marred or else badly molded out of the factory, but nothing that looked any worse than maybe having seen a little rough wear.
