recieved the item in a broken box, but item was in its protective case and in perfect condition. not cheaply made for the price. cup holders is more like a cup outline, they are not deep, which i like cause they are easy to clean. very nice felt, great color, no wrinkles or bubbles. besides the felt, the rest is all common textured plastic, but if your ok with that, with this table the game is definetly on!
